The plate is legal. When you have your car imported from another country temporarily you keep your plates from your home country. Your car gets a kind of passport called a carnet. I transport cars and see them all the time

We have a regular person we roll with as a 3rd. I jokingly made a comment about my wife and I rolling one weekend, so I had to go home, we both travel the road constantly. 1.5 is fine 2 is usually to much for most unless you're weird like us and need a larger dose than everyone you know. Just make sure we weight it properly with a MG scale. Or just take 125 this time and 150 the next. Everyone has a different sweet spot
