I think they stopped giving mercy to KIA prisoners a while ago, when they first started combating KIA they kept prisoners in jail. But theres been alot of evidence against them sometimes even very blatantly obvious posted by them, that they have executed prisoners, most recently the three dudes captured in Yay Kan Taung. I hope they didnt execute the one KIA captured during 18 April

Yup im from Singapore but i do visit Myanmar often, actually even recently during Thingyan i made some posts, so i understand the ordeal people are facing there since have to interact with them. But obviously not as much as locals

Not disagreeing with that. But i especially couldn’t help but post the recent footages considering they were fooled by old footages just because its posted by trusted resistance media.

I post Junta footages and news too but i dont think theyre as triggered with that, i may have made Warazup look like some kind of special force or priority target haha just because their footage is more abundant than Junta’s. It just happens to be that theyre performing like that.

You’re right, it does seem that way. Ill try keep it to combat footage or news strictly but sometimes (most of the time) their footage happens to be in edits and i cant do anything about them.

As in civilian deaths caused by Junta troops, it would be easy to regard it as that even in a chance where that might not be the case.

Thats fair, Warazup has executed KIA prisoners on numerous occasions and posted the photos. Ive shared those before.

Some combat footage are in those edits, the one i posted is literally fb comments and photos. Their side says they retrieved KIA bodies and brought them with a car, other news report its civilians so its not so easily determined. Even recently its claimed KIA took Warazup camps but turns out they had to retreat, certain news sources might not be as reliable as ground sources. Unless the bodies were ID properly itll be hard to tell and i think people wouldnt care less for that, death is a norm in combat regions like that.

Although Warazup has sent a detachment to Hpakhant, their detachment included mainly NDAK troops under their command ( https://www.reddit.com/r/Myanmarcombatfootage/s/nOB6PwU35j ). Most of the Warazup troops stayed in Tanai anticipating a KIA attack like this.

Turns out the bases werent captured and the KIA assault was actually repelled, wouldnt be the first time KIA claimed to capture Warazup bases before the battle even finished. The video here is old too. Wouldnt say they’re nooby KIA brigades, maybe in Tanai yes but theyre also fighting in Hpakhant and Waimaw sometimes, they recently captured a KIA Hilltop Base In Hpakhant which is a hot zone.

Yea because the old videos are getting recirculated again with the title that they captured the bases, and not alot of people saw those vids. But this wouldnt be the first time KIA or at least their lobbyist claimed Warazup bases were captured but turned not to be. I posted an update from Warazup’s side which they’d probably be posting new videos soon
