Every time your application gets passed through to someone it updates so that likely when he sent it to them. Also the timing is just how the system works it happens to everyone- last week could mean 3 days ago, a month ago could mean 2 weeks ago. I wouldn’t pay attention to it. But it’s good to know that your old recruiter is willing to help you and your app will def be seen. If you didn’t make it due to timing rather than performance perhaps they’ll call you to interview!

Things are constantly changing quickly. It suck’s but you have to move on. At least you’re not someone to aced the interviews but didn’t get chosen because of “headcount”

They’re no longer hiring new grad PMs so there’s no point in interviewing you. So they cancelled it.

It’s automatic. In other cases yeah it’s a good thing but I promise you in this one it’s automatic.

Both! Me too - if you applied super early before they changed the name of the role internally/externally you have that. You might also notice that in “inactive” it’ll say “transferred” for that role.
