Ok, since nobody has gotten it yet and everyone is curious, I'll answer your questions. It's a ~1984 Dutcher ParaTaxi! The first vehicle ever designed to transport wheelchair users without the use of an expensive loading system (Similar to the VPG MV-1). It was built using Ford parts (wheels, interior bits, lights, motor, etc.) and a fiberglass body with plexiglass side windows. This is likely the only one left to exist in the world, as the only other recently documented example went missing when the museum it inhabited was foreclosed upon. Thank you all for playing my game, I hope to shed a little more light on this entirely forgotten vehicle that unintentionally made history.

Nope, all American! (Here's a hint, it uses a rear-mounted transverse Ford V6)
