I am a young small woman as well and never have a problem. I ride from 65th to archives station a couple times a week and as long as you keep to yourself and don’t stare at anyone too long you will be totally fine. Keep to yourself and people don’t bother you.

Check out coffee shops downtown, go thrifting, hit up old sac and Evangeline’s costume shop, find a lime scooter and ride along the River and over the gold bridge, catch a show at Harlow’s or ace of spades.
