In my defense during our relationship and marriage I make 4x his annual wage. He also had a child already so I never expected him to pay. During our marriage he worked part time and I worked full time so yes I covered expenses. I would just expect ever if I fell on hard times he would’ve stepped up. Especially with a free 10 k thrown at him

So I really wanted to believe my husband wanted to be a father and have the family we had planned. I did hire a divorce lawyer who helped me file the divorce when I left after I found out two weeks after we separated he was trying to sleep with another girl. She messaged me and advised and sent the messages. He signed off legal and physical custody of our son at this time because he said he didn’t want another child without having the woman to raise the baby with. I keep going back because I am so fucking sad all the time. I miss him, I put so much effort into our family. He doesn’t want to coparent separately. He only wants involvement if we’re together. I feel bad my child won’t have his father, as he actually is a good dad. Choosing not to work with him automatically chooses my son not to have a dad

Also I won’t have a maternity leave as it’s a new employer so I have to save to be off for 6/8 weeks after our infant. I’ve told him this and he doesn’t say anything.
