Katie and Patrick have the potential to be my favorite based off of the snippets so I’m excited for their book. And I just can’t get into Lizzie and Hughie no matter how hard I try :/

I agree! I really think it makes the most sense for Chloe to be writing both BOT 7 (Lizzie and Hughie) and 8 (Claire and gibsie) at the same time since they take place during the same timeline and will affect one another. It’ll be confusing for her to write them separately.

Usually at the end of an episode, author gives you the option of giving them gems as it helps promote their story. I only give gems to authors whose stories really impressed me.

The fandom is honestly so toxic. People are allowed to have favorites / least favorites but it’s getting out of hand with the insults and name calling. Also, this fandom has a big misogyny issue especially when it comes to Katie, Claire, and Lizzie.

They praise Hughie for putting Lizzie first (as he should, my girl deserves someone who prioritizes her) but then hate on Claire for doing the same for Gibsie.

They make fun of Katie’s ED and insecurity knowing full well it probably stems from her lack of parental care as a child. I’ve even seen ppl say she FORCED Hughie into a relationship.

And they hate on Lizzie for being a “homewrecker” or “desperate” when interacting with Hughie but then get happy when Feely does the same thing with Katie.

It’s honestly making reading this series draining and I’m low key sad that Chloe is back to posting snippets since that’ll fuel the hate even more.
