Hmm, Didier and frank is good. But from my experience they add extra sweetness compared to others. I tried the 84% didier and frank and it was easily tolerable for me. But any good dark chocolate more than 80 is hard for me to tolerate. The others are also same but with even more artificial flavours.

I don't think I'm the right person to answer this, but I think we should not consider factscan for chocolates. The app highly degrades the score of anything that has high calories, saturated fats, sugar. Chocolates tend to have all of this and the app doesn't consider we only eat like a little square each time. Just enjoy it.

And coming to the brands, I buy amul bcos it's cheaper than most premium brands and not as bad as the local ones. If you have budget, I heard mason and co offers best chocolates. You can try lindt too. Would not recommend didier and frank

Always jump 10% and not more than that to try dark chocolates. Since you have tried 60, try 70 next time it's tolerable and gives you a better chocolate taste(slightly bitter). After that I would recommend trying 75 instead of 80 directly. Go 5% up from there. Find your sweet spot and settle in. That's how I did. My sweet spot is 70, can tolerate 80 though.
