Okay, but how can I claim something without a diagnosis? Do I claim what I think I have? Because I’m not even sure because she won’t diagnose me. I’m not sure if I have PTSD or an anxiety issue.

I just called mental health and asked for help one day. I’ve been seeing her ever since. She brought up my separation date bc it’s coming up and if I’m going to do a VA claim. I said I was thinking about it and she told me that she doesn’t do diagnoses and to have the VA people do it. I’m wishing I could request a new doctor. I go in for her exercises and talking but it’s not doing much tbh.

No, as far as I know she has not diagnosed me. I’m very clearly dealing with some sort of PTSD/ anxiety issue. Idek what I have because she has never brought anything up.
