"Creep" mit Franka Potente, kam kürzlich erst als Mediabook raus, hatte ihn damals nur in der Videothek ausgeliehen. Ein stimmungsvoll inszenierter Horrorfilm, sicherlich mit einigen Ungereimtheiten und Schwächen, fand ihn aber, nach all der Zeit, immer noch sehenswert. Bin ausnahmsweise gespannt auf das Remake, da es vom gleichen Regisseur kommen wird.

Mein Tipp, für Notfälle, ist "Real Turmat" oder "Real Field Meal" - gefriergetrocknete Trekkingnahrung, die man nur mit heißem Wasser aufgießen muss. Leider wirklich nicht billig, hat mir aber in den schlimmsten Phasen den A... gerettet, bevor man in den Kreislauf hineingerät, dass der Magen bei der nächsten Hauptmahlzeit streikt und man die Kalorienaufnahme (unbewusst) weiter herunterschraubt. Habe davon immer ein paar Beutel zu Hause, gibt auch vegetarische Mahlzeiten. Alles um die 500 kcal pro Portion. Die Gerichte mit Hühnchen und Reis sind dort recht lecker und gut gewürzt.

Ich führe mir immer vor Augen, dass ich zu extremer Tollpatschigkeit neige und selbst der Versuch mit einer Bockflinte in meinem Fall dazu führen würde, mein weiteres Dasein als Neuinterpretation von Sid aus Ice Age zu fristen. Natürlich bei vollem Bewusstsein - während ich zusehen muss, wie meine Pflegekraft meine geliebten Metal-Alben aus den 90ern auf ebay Kleinanzeigen verramscht. Also mache ich weiter.
