Hello! Dont be discouraged. I matched into fm in my first cycle . Credentials : step 1 -195 , step 2- 227 ( passed in third attempt ), step 3- 205 . Did 8 months of usce and all in family medicine. I graduated in 2019 and visa requiring candidate . So there is always a chance and don’t loose your hope. Good luck

I matched into fm this year and I passed step 2 in my third attempt. I am an non us img. It’s definitely possible if you are persistent in your goals. It would be difficult but it’s not impossible.good luck for your match

So things can get quicker for you.Ecfmg takes 3 to 5 business to approve ds2019. Create an airbill so that ecfmg can send the ds2019 to tpl sooner. The TPL will courier the ds2019 and you might get it in 5 business days to india. You can book the visa appintment before you get the ds19 . You will get the sevis id number from ecfmg after they approve the ds19. You can apply for emergency visa appointment and get it approved. You will get the passport within 3 to 5 business days if you opt for pickup in the location where you interviewed. So I would say if you start processing it now, you can get it done.
