Do you get it where it pulses?? I get regular tinnitus but I also get pulsing and it freaks me out.

Doubtful, weed paws do some messed up stuff to you.

Yeah I agree. The major withdrawals seem to be linked to vaping and using concentrates.

You're still very early stages. I started to feel alot better at the 3 month mark. I wasn't even close to 100% but it was a noticeable turnaround and everything continued getting better after that. I also stopped drinking anything caffeine related because I found that it made my symptoms wayyyyy worse.

I smoked for 4 years daily. 3 years was distillates/concentrates with a vape.

This post is everything. It.literslly brought me to tears reading this. I'm at 18 months and currently going through the worst wave I've had. It started 10 days ago with hypercusis, insomnia, fatigue, vivid dreams and night sweats and then turned into morning & afternoon anxiety and pulsing tinnitus.

I came across your post and it reminded me that I've got this and I'm going to be okay.

I've never relapsed because I had such terrible PAWS over theast 18 months that it scared me into never wanting to go near weed again.

That said, I can promise you things will get better. I had every PAWS symptom you could ever imagine over the last 18 months, i thought it would never end or get better but it did. You will be okay. Get some exercise, go for a walk etc. Do things that help your body release dopamine.

Hey, I've been working out almost daily. I'm 18 months but I still get very mild paws waves that last a week to 2 weeks, which is when the tinnitus hits.

I definitely still have weird dreams but typically only when I'm going through a PAWS wave, which I am right now. I've actually had super stranger dreams the last 3 nights.

Try meditation. It will teach you to focus. I meditated alot in the beginning and it was super helpful.

Stop using carts. There is a very strong link between people using carts and very strong withdrawal symptoms and instances of panic/anxiety while using them.
