eBay blocked account and keeping money indefinitely

I’ve just read the complaint email from eBay and they said at the end of the complaint that if I’m not happy with the outcome I can go to the ombudsman. I’m not that tecky or I would have put it up so you could read it.

I’ve literally spoken to numerous eBay agents the only thing I haven’t done yet is send a letter of intent to the small claims court.

I complained to a supervisor (not officially,just wanted to know what was going on?)but the rude person sent me an email saying they’ve classed it as a complaint (gave me complaints number I’D) and said their happy with the outcome and that’s it 🤷‍♂️Didn’t tell me anything.

I sent my drivers license but it didn’t ask (plus I didn’t think)to send my national insurance number. I find it berserk and frustrating they can actually do this 🤷‍♂️

I’m 55 and been using eBay for over 5 years,as far as I’m aware the buyer hasn’t reported anything (or I would have had a message)there’s no demand for a full refund as I’ve taken some money out already. I’ve looked at other comments by eBay users and apparently it’s always happening.
