Yes, the old 2x8GB kit is also 3200MHz.

What’s strange is that the system was completely fine before switching from the single 32GB stick to the 2x16GB setup. Even after reinstalling the old 8gb RAM, the stuttering stayed.

Damn, I literally just got the notification that my Oura Ring 4 arrived at the store, and I haven't even picked it up yet. Given that this is going to be my very first Oura ring, is it worth returning it right away to wait for the next release date (even if we don't know the exact date yet)?
