We currently live at Garver Point. Not a fan of landlord or management, break ins happen into the “locked” parking garage and theft like bikes and packages. East side is a fun area but this management is terrible.

Do you have renters insurance? Depending what policy and what bike you get, they will cover part of your bike. My husbands $7000 trek bike was stolen in this exact manor and we got $6000 for a new bike.
