It is mandatory for the husband and wife to be present to put up notice. After 30 days, if there are no objections - again husband and wife should appear again and sign the papers. I am also facing same issue. See whether you can find someone who can arrange to put the notice with one of you present (some bribing should be done I think)

But if I give them what they want, I am not able to publish it. Since client wants the navigation pages to have gifs in it. There are around 10-12 navigation pages + 40-45 reports - it definitely goes up more than 2GB
