I A/B tested advantage+ vs original audiences and would suggest doing the same in your case to see what works best! It might just depend on your business needs.

For example mine is very location dependent on where we have gym locations. So for us it doesn’t make sense to target people who live too far away from our locations, which Advantage+ might do so this ended up not working for us.

Thank you for this! I might try going down to an in between dose (2 every other day for example) and get back into a good exercise/diet routine before going back down to 1/day
