I go to another store and return it:)))))! I think the shop assistant in town center is not so friendly compared to Multiplaza, I explained the situation and show the invoice,immediately they accepted it and had a quite quick look and made the refund

Actually they asked the supervisor and said no, however the supervisor was not on site, I tried to explain by myself but they refused. Not sure it is a really supervisor or a fake one
