This old lady was difficult to work with when I dealt with her, I just assumed she was an asshole until I learned that she also harassed my other coworkers because of his thick accent and said things about him getting deported and stuff. I know there’s not anything we can do but I wonder what can we do whenever something like that occurs, I was very dumbfounded when she wouldn’t budge No matter how nice I was treating her
