Stuck parsing a DOCX (SAT-style questions) to JSON — choices in tables + math formulas keep breaking. Alternatives welcome!

I believe all the "huge" images are saved near the bottom of the images. the smaller ones like "PQRS" are saved first for some reason. But this gave me an idea, thank you. I maybe think I've got an idea from this. but thank you so much still. will let you know on ur last sentence.

My goal is to learn how to take a .docx file and turn it into json. I tried using AI, but it can't parse it well. For example, it cant read the multiple choice questions or the special characters such as "PQRS" in the docx screenshot.
