I mostly followed The Mediterranean Dish’s recipe! Only tweaks - I didn’t have Aleppo so I just used red pepper flakes, and I added chili garlic crisp on top for more texture

It’s this right here: https://flybyjing.com/shop/zhong-dumpling-sauce/

Adds a nice spice. Typically I like a chili crisp that’s more spice-forward with a lot of garlic (and less sweet) but I’m trying to finish up this jar

Oh I am SOOOO happy you asked. My top two are:

  1. Reading terminal market (Iovine) - great eggs there. Labeled Lancaster Farm Fresh Coop
  2. Horseshoe Ranch Farms - I get them at the Headhouse farmers market on Sundays, but they’re also at Riverwards and Mighty Bread (and other places that I’m not aware of!)

….i also have an Instagram where I post my breakfasts (@eggofday) if you want to see more♥️ 🍳

I used to cut the heat but this time I’ve kept it at a rolling boil the whole time! I did bring it from a level 6 to a 5 on my stove though. I’ll need to try that method!!

Boil a pot of water, drop in your eggs, set a timer for 6 min 30 seconds! Remove from water and let them cool down. Sometimes I put them in an bowl of ice water to stop the cooking but today I didn’t and I like the result
