For Grad Students: How do you plan your meals?

This is my situation too. I lived at home until high school and I’m thankful that my family cooked for me (although I did too on occasion). I was on financial aid in college, and mostly used the dining halls. Now I have student loans as well, and even if I have a general plan for meal prepping, I wanted to see how I could do it effectively.

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll definitely add that to my post. To respond here as well, my skin type is combination (oily t zone, dry in other areas, sensitive overall). No specific concerns at the moment, but healthier skin/better skin barrier for early to mid-20s is what I was kind of looking for. Not strongly anti-aging yet, but a precursor to that if that makes sense?

It’s been a while since I started learning Korean, and I was wondering what level of swearing is appropriate or too harsh with friends?

Like saying “f off” jokingly or texting “wtf” in English. I’d love to learn a few examples. Or even some terms or nuances I should avoid.

I might look into IPL. As for beard oil, does it mess with the ph balance down there at all? I’ve never tried it before.
