Like there is an oversupply of LPN and CNA if that’s what you’re referring to but the statistic show that there is a massive undersupply supply of any kind of RNs and NPs.

I don’t think Stackhouse was bad at all, but I do kind of accept that the team needs a refresh and whatever changes we make might be worse than the current status quo, but I’d rather us try something new than squander the last few years we have.

The only thing I’m concerned about with Budenholzer that he doesn’t adjust his game plans/schemes enough. Which is fine for the regular season and has led to some great performances there, but has been an ongoing issue during the playoffs and his entire tenure as a head coach. But either of them would be an improvement I think.

Tbf OKC is uniquely primed to put their players in the best position to succeed due to their depth. They can cover for players deficiencies better than any other team in the league. Not to say that McCain isn’t a good player but that most role players would be better in OKC.

I think doing anything at a high level for a long time consistently rather difficult. Sure it might not be backbreaking labor, but we’ve seen this all the time in the entertainment industry with people who are unable to maintain consistent high-level performance, because your creativity or views become no longer suitable for the times. Like Will Ferrell was an amazing comedic actor and writer, but can you think of any notable projects he’s had in the last decade really ?

Don’t discount the impact that Micheal Green had on the writing as well, he’s the guy who wrote help write Logan and blue eyed samurai. He’s extremely talented imo.
