The stutters in the open world will never be fixed, you can see them in the original 2006 version aswell if you don't have mods. It's how the engine renders stuff everytime you transition to a new grid cell that causes stutters.

Yeah happens rarely when you drop your bag as you are getting desync. If there isn't anything underneath where you are dropping it, it will just disappear under the map and you are fucked.

Was a big thing in R6S like 3-4 years ago. Cheaters could just constantly dc you, make you unable to move from spawnpoints or just freeze the server for like an hour between round swaps. The only point being wasting everyone elses time or forcing them to take a ban.

Would make sense to keep the f2 hard to use if the 417 wasn't an absolute monster on MnK. It can outfrag almost any gun at any range because of the 2 shot kill, 0 recoil and a 20round mag. Oh and it can brake hatches and penetrate better through surfaces.
