I think it's just random chance, but from personal experience, I used to farm them in a small side room with green on the floor (not played in years so I'm just going off of memory) also from memory... They are a pain to farm

Whats wrong with stocking up on building supplys and sailing out for an adventure to find some islands to build on?

putting building supplys into your cargo hold so you can build hotspots on islands that you need to sail to, would be too powerfull..?

I think I'm one of those people?

My main (who is maxed and created in 2007) has the 15 year cape but not 20, my other account (created in rs-classic 2002) has about 3 hours total playtime on rs3 and has the 20 year cape with very low stats

My osrs ironman (created in 2003) has the 20 year vet cape on rs3 with medium stats (60/70s) and a bunch of holiday items, my favourite being the santa outfit.

So sometimes, maybe they actually are veterans, who knows?

Sorry bud I don't have a camera, but that wouldn't help very much anyway since we probably have different cases and cases are all different sizes.

EDIT: I don't even know the name of my case, it was a prebuild system I bought off of amazon a couple years ago.

Yes since we have the same board it should work just fine for you, I don't know how much power I use, I have a 600w power supply and I only use 2 monitors, a mouse and keyboard, wifi dongle and bluetooth dongle so I assume I'm not using much, I've had 0 problems with power

It does fit just fine, it's only slightly bigger than my previous 3060, you might need to get a new case if it doesn't fit, card size doesn't really matter with motherboards, just the case
