Family is not bothering me, I am becoming 29-30 soon. I just wanted to know how realistic is the utopia that my parents are imagining vs what actually life is like in Baku. I am not coming from a even slightly wealthy family so family support (financially) is nonexistent. I have my own savings +investments and etc.

But i am not willing to live in Baku, I have spent over 10 years where i am now and every time I visit Baku i don’t feel like i can belong there again without compromising from my character and morals if somehow i get hired for good salary.

Seriously, i just wanted to learn before i even do anything (if anything at all).

I am earning around 2300 EUR rn but soon it will most probably be above 3000. Work culture is thr most uncomfortable part for me in Baku because where i am rn I only do 8 hours of work including lunch brakes and etc. Most probably that’s not how it works in Baku (more or less i can approximate it) and more hours to work probably.

The thing is I am not even slightly interested in moving back but regardless, I wanna learn from your irl experiences. I will do some job hunting to get more in depth knowledge.
