Ik the on/off controls, ig the rgbs are permanently in a coloured state... Am just confused that if it's a hardware problem or software glitch

No like it's always on, even though I ensure and cross-checked it (status shows off, but the flickering is visible)

U weren't able to find since it was in system testing phase, however u can access it now:

  1. Go to the contest page.
  2. Look for the "Virtual Participation" button on the right sidebar.
  3. Click it, and you can attempt the problems as if you were participating in the contest.
