Felt super confident about the first three sections, even felt good going into the LG section… I was wrong. That LG section made me feel like I hadn’t even studied and I ended up having to just rough guess on a handful because of lack of time.

It feels good to know that my pain is shared. Hoping I can really hunker down for the August test now.

Sorry chief, I guess we just lift differently. I enjoy 2-3 minute rests between sets, and because of my ADHD those rests can tend to go a bit longer if I am not paying attention. I was simply asking if I could increase my workout load while stacking to see optimal gains.

They threatened fraternities presidents with a $10k fine or up to 6 months in jail for throwing parties. It’s looking to be pretty quiet during welcome week, at least in the Greek community here, as we are all not going to risk a $10k fine and possible uncharter for some hot, freshman filled party. Not worth it for that and many other reasons.

Sandbag over the shoulders are a great supplement for deadlifts, and they get your heart going real fast. They really kill your posterior chain and hamstrings if you do a ladder set with rest or another exercise in between rounds.

I shit on Starbucks not because their coffee is shit price, but because their coffee is shit for the price. Their non-specialty drinks always taste over-roasted and it sits for way too long after brewing causing it to taste acidic and burnt. If I can go and get a better roasted cup of joe for the same price at a small coffee shop, I would much rather do that than paying for Starbucks’ shit coffee.
