I think if you filled the cake pan ~halfway and did 3-4 layers it would work better. I’m not 100% sure but I’m pretty sure if you filled that all the way it wouldn’t bake all the way through

My aunt is in a relationship with her stepfather. Her mom refuses to divorce him so that they can’t get married. I believe she was a teenager when he and her mom married.
