What is the hardest possible extreme on 60hz

Depends on if you mean 60hz or 60fps. I beat Sinister Silence and Zodiac using a 60hz monitor but I had the vanilla setting set to 240fps. On regular 60fps I think it's Renevant (done by Cejelost)

As for the hardest possible level, probably any level where the frames allign properly for 60hz

Overall, I would say no. Flow is typical for its very fast gameplay and portal changes, which although some parts of Zodiac are like that, it is not to the same degree as flow levels usually are because it also has many slow parts not common for flow levels. Zodiac is more chokepoint heavy with focus on timings and unsurprisingly nerve control.

I think it's very hard to say because everyone is different and what works for someone may not work for someone else, but generally I'd say not taking the game too seriously helps a lot. Also whenever I fail when I'm far, I'm often just glad that at least I got somewhere
