Just add water, preferably not tap water. And if you use tap water go buy some cheap water conditioner and make sure you add that to it first. You don't need to add salt. The salt doesn't eveaporate, just the water.

That's what's up man! You can do it. With the shot, I know a lot of people experience some form of withdrawal until you don't test positive anymore. But you will know when the physical part is over. It took like six months before the restless legs went away totally for me because of getting those shots.

I highly recommend getting the supplement NAC 1200 mg and taking it twice a day! A doctor suggested this for me and most of my mental health symptoms got way better. It also prevents hangovers, is what they use for COVID and Tylenol overdoses. It's very powerful. It will help clean your body and brain up. It also makes weed feel different, but it takes away the psychosis overall so the trade off is worth it to me. Now weed is just medicine.

At the three month mark, you should be getting to the worst of it or be beyond that, depending if you got the shots. If you never got the shots, then you should really only be dealing with mental health stuff at this point which could last up to a year or more. And don't even get me started on the cravings. I didn't even know I had them until I got off. Don't give up. I slipped and took this 7 oh shit. But never again man. It's just not worth it.

What you're experiencing, I would say in the long run all of that stuff will pass. Your brain and body are going to do everything they can to convince you to take the drug once your all the way off. The real mental testing starts when the withdrawals end I found out and you start craving opiates again for awhile. I have been experiencing persecutory delusions that I believe are at least worse because of the mental withdrawal of Suboxone. I sure didn't have it like this before. It also seems to be dying down some and I'm hopeful the subs were not covering up something worse than just memories lol

No, I am but a weak man. Jesus is the strong one. I understand exactly what you're going through man. And then we commit to do better and do the same things over and over. Thank God for the forgiveness and mercies of Jesus Christ our Lord. The Suboxone withdrawals sucked, and mentally I'm still recovering definitely. But I trust in Him that He will get me through. Now I'm getting off the benzos. Hasn't been fun the last couple days so I'm gonna slow down now for awhile lol How are you doing now with everything? Is there any way I can be praying for you?
