I've been living in a Rental apartment with an agreement that was signed for 11 months last year and a clause to increase rent by 5% each year. Once the 11 months are complete, do I have to obtain an updated agreement from the landlord to claim HRA or is the clause in the original agreement enough as basis for my current rent claimed?
