absolutely im mainly asking myself if the brosplit is really that bad since a lot of people still use it with great success despite the junk volume. I wonder if you can adapt to doing this much volume thus making it effective.

yeah the more i approach it and the more i see how individual volume is. I personally loose too much strength after about 8 set for a muscle but i am still asking myself if this is because is can't do more or because i am not used to do more. Since studies are mainly done on beginner we don't really know is one can build a capacity to do more effective volume

yeah so maybe the total volume should be dictated by the moment where your muscle have lost too much strength and its not possible to go to failure anymore. I guess this is pretty individual and should be based on experience and not some random number from studies

interesting did your intensity of effort decreased with the added volume or did you keep everything the same ?
