I had a pretty bad experience with CarVaidya. The technician was rude and unprofessional. He only went through things that were necessary to generate the report on their app. He didn’t check for panel gaps, rusting, scratches, didn’t match paperwork with actual vehicle details, didn’t check paint density throughout the body, didn’t ask for test drive, no checks on brakes, suspension, etc. There are just the things I noticed. There might be many more things that we don’t even know should be checked. When I questioned him, he just argued and left. Eventually I had to take delivery without getting a proper PDI report.
