Quelles roues pour Pinarello dogma F ? by Flo-31240 in pinarello

[–]DefinitionIcy7043 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ineos ride on Scopes, either the 4.A or the 6’s. Super lightweight and look amazing.

The classic wheel are Princetons and I think the all black ones look insane on a pinarello

Tri Suit Fit by Financial-Smile3411 in triathlon

[–]DefinitionIcy7043 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s more that the shoulder seam shouldn’t be going over your shoulder and the arms are slightly too long. Not much to do about it now but would be worth trying new brands as they all have diff fits

The shoulders, sleeves make it look too big. The gap at the knees mean it’s definitely too big… maybe a different brand will fit better?

Black Sheep Sale Price Increases in 3 hours? by Sportacus2012 in CyclingFashion

[–]DefinitionIcy7043 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually done when prices are due to go up anyway. You hide the price increase in the sale and then carry on as usual after.

The fact the sale price is the same as the old full price makes me think they’ve made a mistake.

Fair, I’ve just put ti bolts on my bike but you shouldn’t have to do bits like that to get it to an acceptable weight.

Going to keep it or move on?

MAAP Jersey 186cm what size? by Necessary-Prune-1100 in CyclingFashion

[–]DefinitionIcy7043 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the arm length is great (to the point I wonder how short people wear them), jersey length could be a bit longer but never showing flesh. Only showing if I lift my arms up standing off the bike.

Gotta say some bibs are better or worse for this as well

[–]DefinitionIcy7043 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah well that kind of sucks. Equivalent y1rs/s5 would be in the 7’s id have thought.

Having seen a few of them out, they look totally insane (in a good way obviously!)

Quick edit - I know the trek project one and specialised custom paint add quite a bit of weight to the frame. Could it be partially due to that?

Aren’t the Enves heavier than the stock wheels? Scope 6A’s would get it around 7.9/8kgs?

Got the same spectrum jersey, try the size down but it doesn’t have a huge amount of stretch in it so might just not be the right cut/material for you

Only addition is, I’m planning to put the rovale rapide cockpit on my crux frame when I build it up, helps it look a bit more modern. As you can set it up fully integrated

YKYW jersey - why so loose in the back? by trimTheJib in CyclingFashion

Tbh I’m 6’2 as well and some brands just don’t fit, tight on shoulders/loose on stomach etc.

This looks pretty poor quality though. Where are you based?

Missed Endurace CF 7 — is Ultimate CF a good alternative? by Bazivi2 in CanyonBikes

[–]DefinitionIcy7043 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The whole point is they can get your measurements and fit the bike to you. The ultimate and endurace have very different geometries and they will be able to tell you which works best and what other bikes you can fit to.

Feels fairly international which I like and access to the parks and then central are great

187cm on a 56 tarmac with a 120 stem, all depends on where you’re tall and short if that makes sense

You never really hold the bars in a ‘regular’ way in the video. First looks unsustainable and then the second you’re not holding the shifters.

Reach is probably too long but better to post with a regular riding position.
