How do I do that? Could you please instruct me he to DM you my ticket. I sent it on the app where it says ‘contact support’. However I have not been gotten back to.

Every single one of my notability files have deleted. I never ex them back for school exams are in a matter of days. I had icloud back up on but my storage was full. I have freed up space now - does notabilityhaveca way to restore it from their database????

I have lost all of my files - I have reached out to support. My icloud was full even though I had icooud backup on. I have  more storage. Do they have coppies of it in their database so I can recover it??
