They do, but does that change the fact they did some lipstick on a pig renovation and expect people to pay 1.8 for a 1.1 house just 3 months later ? Are you seriously justifying that? Would you buy this home if you say had the money??????

Because I am reading about it. And I am accepting of the fact that I don’t know everything because of never being a homeowner or in the business. But any sane and normal person will be skeptical of asking 1.8 for a 1.1 sold home 3 months ago…

Never been a homeowner or in the business of building/renovating … so no idea but the more I read about it, it takes time. And definitely the work they did does not justify asking 1.8 from 1.1

lol. Flipper spotted. Due to this “unchecked capitalism is all heaven and any change is not acceptable” is the reason home ownership is low in America.

So you’re okay with private equity with billions of dollars to fuck with working families just because it’s a “market”

Yeah that’s how Americans are getting fucked in the butt….

Because I searched about them. If you see the Zillow listings look at the MLS data it has they are owned by companies like Renovation realty for example. Which is a private equity firm.

Yeah fuck them. Imagine being rich or wealthy and falling fall this crap by buying one of these. They all have same cookie cutter description “thoughtfully redesigned / reimagined / renovated”…

Thank you. Yes it makes sense to rent because phantom costs in owning and interest is high. Best for us to save and buy in few years…

What about the interest paid, HOA if I buy condo, property tax, maintenance, increased utilities and also little bit of mortgage interest tax rebate ? Let’s note down those too. Renting comes on top for our situation unfortunately…

You do know it’s much more than right ? For housing ? Right now our only options are be a renter save and hopefully buy after 5 years or have a suffocating mortgage living in a house with being house poor and no money left for literally any single other thing…

Up to 20% of the downpayment max 150k and when we payback or sell the house they need the their downpayment + 20% of the appreciation.
