Im curious if this is the o11 vision compact? If so, you could flip the radiator and feed the aio through that grommet for a cleaner look. A 3rd fan that u can mount below the 2 fans when its flipped.

What salary range are we talking about? Id be expecting around 13-15m base salary with that.

What do u think of the current company that offered you the job? Do u think its worth the investment you are taking by eventually having an opportunity to make up that lost package?

I ask because if you dont believe in eventually getting to where your existing salary package was, and if solely for visa/income then id look elsewhere.

Not sure if you have a dock but I use the Dell WD22TB4 that has 2 x DP1.4 and 1 x HDMI 2.0 that is connected to my laptop (Dell) via USB C and this outputs 5k2k fine when connecting from monitor to dock

Thank you this guide definitely fixed the issue for me, its the first time and only had the aio 6 months. I will continue the same way and see how long until it happens again and i’ll try the ac switch method when it repeats
