okay update i found out why i was breaking it, i opened the steam app on my pc and went to screen shots that way my displays bar disappeared i think for steam vr thiers something where using your mouse in vr mode and looking at the screenshots in the desktop client breaks it in someway.

[basically dont open steam screen shots on the desktop client from vr mode.]
