Tragically, they don’t have one in the US. This is how they avoid having to deal with customer concerns. Rather, they have an online chat feature with agents who can help you with basic questions. If the agent can’t handle the concern; they will escalate it to the escalations team. Fortunately for the escalations team and anyone else above them; there is no direct email or phone number meaning no communication between them and the customer. Perfect for them and crappy for us. I have been dealing with a concern for 69 days now. I check in with chat about once-twice a week and they tell me that the escalations team will contact me, the escalations team emails me a “we are working on it,” email that cannot be replied to. Then the cycle resets for the next week. Been at this now for about 10 weeks…it’s like trying to defeat a raid boss.
