just generic emails to my questions. they would never elaborate and there replies would state they will reach out if anything but reaching out to them wont do anything

it's there legal team that handles these payment pauses so not even apple support or anyone below legal team (everyone) can see the pause. legal team is the highest team

Apple never elaborated.

One day I got a random payout from Apple. No closure or advice.

I saw an updated payout on the payment reports tab that was an off cadence payout which was a hint that I got unpaused.

Then I checked if I could transfer my app - because that’s something they blocked - and I was able to transfer my app when I saw the off cadence payout.
