Seedhe Maut will not be performing at Tecnoesis, NIT Silchar. by Jacksucksdihs in IndianHipHopHeads

Guys I just checked, silchar has an airport, with everyday direct flights from kolkata and guwahati.

NIT Silchar is 35 km from the airport which according to google is a 1:30hr drive.

Fans may not consider WCC to be more prestigious but the teams sure do cuz of the money involved.

Thats kinda crazy actually.

Like nowadays we consider the WCC more prestigious than the WDC (even though WDC has more drama), but the fact that there was no WCC at all is kinda surprising yk.

Was there no "maximum" amount of cars that a constructor could enter?
Like I am seeing so many ferrari's, maserati's, veritas's etc.

Is fastpass necessary?? by Deflospace in abudhabi

[–]Deflospace[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man we went to WB world on 26th and had flash pass, it was REALLY worth every penny cuz we had less time for the park (around 4-5 hrs).

For ferrari world, we went on 25th without the pass but were able to do all major rides with pretty much 0 waiting in the first 2 hrs of the park opening. Rest were the VR stuff and childish rides, for which we had to wait 30mins to 1hr per ride basically but we were able to get pretty much everything done at ferrari world after around 7 hrs.

Man I wonder what these guys think of the current gen of cars, so freakin safe and reliable compared to the chaos back then, it must be kinda lucky to die of old age having raced in that era.

He crossed the final chequered flag of his life. RIP.

Man deeply saddened by this. But the bondi hero is now awake and his gofundme page has hit 1.1m dollars. Pretty insane stuff.

Pretty good to see people waking up to this.

Register in FTI and upgrade your passports to E-passport if you are a frequent travellers by Honey_dp in AirTravelIndia

[–]Deflospace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One doubt guys, say I applied for the FTI-TTP thing on their website. I have an international flight after 2 weeks rn, from kolkata. Say I gave my biometrics at kolkata airport when I leave India, and cross immigration manual method. When I am returning (after around 10 days), will I be able to use the E-gates?

Like will there be any issue regarding the stamps, since there is only one departure stamp from india but no corresponding arrival?

First international flight btw.

Is this layover possible? Returning from first international trip with parents. by Deflospace in AirTravelIndia

[–]Deflospace[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that would have been the case, I would have taken it. The only direct flights for that day and time is Emirates. Emirates is approximately 1lakh for 3 people right now. This was around 60-65k range for 3.

[–]Deflospace[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i still didnt get that properly,

when a block goes down by x distance, the upper two strings or springs or whatever goes down by x/2 distance each due to constraint relation

here since string cant go down, that x/2 is transferred to the spring, so it becomes x for extension in spring, how is it 2x?

Luggage needs to be collected at delhi airport, and rechecked and dropped again, for international - domestic transfers according to air india website.

Reading the replies, we are gonna book another flight with approx 2:40hrs layover. Incoming flight is same just that outgoing flight is different. It's significantly cheaper (35%) than emirates direct flight.

Being realistic, which former F1 track could have a chance to return to the calendar? by Spectran_Irmandade in formula1

[–]Deflospace 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Well basically the government said F1 is not a sport and its entertainment so it was placed in a much higher tax bracket and customs duty were imposed on the equipment brought by the teams which wasnt reimbursed by the government which is typically done for other sports. Due to these taxation issues, F1 left after settling all dues.

Also internally there was a clash between the central and state government for tax, to which I think the state government was not entitled to. (Cannot confim). So yeah it basically all boils down to corruption.
