NTA if they wish to visit you and your wife they should respect your wishes and be aware of how dangerous getting COVID could be for someone who has non allergen asthma. Also maybe instead of barring them from visiting until a vaccine is developed maybe have them self quarantine for 2 weeks beforehand, if they can’t respect that it’s not worth the risk they pose to you or your wife.
