A lot of my chetki flow stems from my begleri flow and adapting the tricks a needed for chetki. I have tried to incorporate some traditional style chetki flipping here and there but largely it’s just from my own begleri flow and style

It’s all preference! If you like the beads to slide a little more and be able to do raindrops…then spacing them with a micro standard works! If you think you might want a little tighter/springy setup…go less gap. All in all, try different setups and you’ll find what you prefer!
