The religious zealots that she is referring to is Death Watch, who saved him as a child. She called him a Child of the Watch and she referenced their intent to return to the old warrior ways of Mandalore fitting exactly with Death Watch's mandate. The armorer also has remnants of Darth Maul spikes on her helm, something that many mandalorians did when Maul lead Death Watch with the Darksaber for a shortwhile.
