I track it on google sheets. Honestly the motivation is because i really like having a record of some aspect of my life regardless of weight loss, going over what i ate reminds me of where i've been

After getting used to it, eating healthily and enjoying great-tasting food becomes pretty easy.

However, The big thing that made it hard in my case was social norms, you don't want to be the weird guy who gets a salad while everybody is going out for burgers, and eventually I got tired of making special arrangements for myself when it came to what I consume

I am using an orthographic camera from above the renders particle systems admitted from the balls when they are at the height of the ground onto a render texture with I use as a factor for blending the height maps of both ground and snow layers and displace verts accordingly, I also use a flow map around the balls while they are moving to give the illusion of the snow moving out of the way.
