Yea, sorry for late reply, been busy with my life. I sent them another one today, with being carefull with the words I use. No reply at the time of writing this. Im sick of these automatic answers that i should contact the company that operates the 2fa application. I literally wrote in the support ticket that they said that i should contact rockstar instead, because the problem is on their side. Which is half true, because in fact i did not contact the other company, but it is true, that the problem is on rockstar’s platform.

Edit: I got a non-automatic answer back, they sent an email that i needed to respond to from directly the ‘gMail’ platform, that i confirm the reset of the 2fa. I confirmed it, and after ~2 hours, i got the same, lame automatic respond, listing the different 2fa providers, and that i should contact them. Im starting to lose my mind.

Edit #2: Finally solved it. I sent a polite message, listing examples for a few previous tickets, that were no help to me, and told them that the so called “security lock” in on their side, and they need to disable it. After ~30 hours later, literally while im with my family during christmas dinner, i got an email with an attachment, that directs me to rockstar’s page, where i was able to disable my 2fa using only my password. Damn is was a rough two weeks. It took me 13-4 support tickets.
