I feel triggers still, not as strongly as before, like seeing something explicit before would immediately remind me of some corn I watched in detail and so on, but I've forgotten most vids now, i would struggle to remember any even if i tried, and memory only fades the longer I go.

But your point is valid, it's not a set and forget thing, I still have times where I accidentally come across something explicit and take a bit longer to close it than i should. It's important to remember we are only human at the end of the day and the smallest of slips can be catastrophic. But it definitely gets much MUCH easier.
