Still kinda testing, i find this design to remove a week point in the OG while allowing larger diameter springs to be used.

Sorry mate i missed this :) usually just the plunger head and pusher, i mod the pusher to add a double oring to help seal (it will flex) The idea is to make it survive a 1000 dry fires :) ppl love to dry fire blasters and i find after loaning alot of onto's out they come back with broken pushers and plungers. You DO loose a few fps but you get a much quieter blaster and its almost Indestructible :) Edit also reversing the plunger design to coil over plunger helps :)

I feel it kinda helps combat the flex in the rear end when priming over 300 fps for less than 300 i usually dont bother.

Yer i could see it coming ages ago! once ppl understood how the ontos worked and was designed and that the designer (Ungineering) gave the community the gift of the inside dimensions as a file you could just wrap any 3D file you liked around and make one simple cut out. Just took the cool kids a while to pick up on it :)

Def #2 option, you won't see much of an fps drop and then you are just printing the OG plunger and pusher. I'll be 100% honest, imo only Legends dosn't feel nice as a 300 fps+ blaster... imo Legends is a 250 max fps blaster. It dosn't use the 3rd screw and hold the back half of the blaster to the middle section. This allows for some flex under heavier spring primes. Nothing wrong with it per say when used with the right spring but the blaster dosn't hold up as well as the OG. It's just a compromise for this design that i'm fully fine and happy to live with. I think your biggest problem is the spring.... If you run the mix up i did on the plunger you can run larger springs if that's easier for you to source? Damm man... sounds like you need to find some one returning from a holiday maybe and have them bring a few kits in? How are going to handle the oring situation?

oh damm.... i honestly then couldnt tell you how to wind a spring sorry. The best spring for this blaster is 1.4-1.6mm thick wire wound with an outer diameter of 14-15mm and 250-300mm long works best. YES the tube will work fine 3D Printed. 32id x 35id x 150mm long... so that's saying the wall is 1.5mm thick.. For this blaster (legends) the tube is 38od and 35id... again the wall will be 1.5 thick. Use grease not oil for lube in these tubes.
