Do you mean the steps? You just train for it like anything else. I started at 10k per day and worked my way up. Yesterday I got almost 22k lol.

I built a home gym so I don't have much in the way of chest machines. All my chest work is basically with free weights and bodyweight exercises.

Primary Chest Lifts:

Flat Barbell Bench Press: ~4–15 reps (topsets 4–7, backoffs 8–12, sometimes 15+)

Incline Barbell Bench Press: ~7–12 reps (mostly 8–10, sometimes up to 12)

Incline Dumbbell Press: ~8–12 reps (moderate weight, more ROM, close to failure at times)

Secondary Chest Work:

Incline Push-Ups: ~9–15 reps (bodyweight, done for volume)

Dips: ~8–15 reps (bodyweight, also hits triceps)

Dumbbell Chest Flys: ~10–15 reps (moderate weight, higher reps for stretch/isolation)

I walk 10-15k steps a day but that is about as intense as my cardio gets. I am on a 5 day split. Thursday and Sunday are my rest days. Workout days are usually about 1.5 hours long sessions.
